As a client of Municipal District Services, your customers are our customers. Our customer care staff understands that we represent you with each call we receive, and with each bill we mail.

Need to set up a new account? Call 281-290-6507 or MDS Toll Free Number: (855) 290-MDS1 to speak to a customer representative between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will need the following items to set up service: lease agreement, listing agreement or proof of ownership and a valid driver license.

Call 281-290-6507 for a specific question or view “Understanding your bill” to answer any general questions you have about reading or understanding your bill.

EMERGENCY INFORMATION:

In case of a water leak, sewer problem, or any other issue related to the operation of your water service; call anytime, 24 hours a day 281-290-6503 or MDS Toll Free Number: (855) 290-MDS1. MDS will respond immediately to the situation and provide a solution.
